Foto: PLN UID Kalbar<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>JURNALIS KALBAR<\/strong> \u2014 Memperingati Hari Pelanggan Nasional (Harpelnas) 2025 yang jatuh pada Kamis, 4 September 2025, PLN Unit Induk Distribusi (UID) Kalimantan Barat melakukan kunjungan ke pelanggan besar PT Energy Unggul Persada (EUP) di Desa Sungai Kunyit, Kabupaten Mempawah.<\/p>\n<p>General Manager PLN UID Kalbar, Maria G.I. Gunawan, hadir bersama Senior Manager Niaga dan Manajemen Pelanggan, Albert Safaria, serta Manager PLN UP3 Mempawah, Abdul Azis P. di PT EUP, perusahaan pengolah Crude Palm Oil (CPO), tercatat sebagai pelanggan industri dengan daya mencapai 13,8 MVA.<\/p>\n<p>Maria menegaskan, Hari Pelanggan Nasional menjadi momentum strategis bagi PLN untuk semakin dekat dengan para pelanggan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHarpelnas kami maknai sebagai ajang mendengarkan kebutuhan dan aspirasi pelanggan. PLN ingin hadir bukan hanya sebagai penyedia listrik, tetapi juga sebagai mitra strategis yang mendukung keberlangsungan usaha dan pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut, Maria menekankan komitmen PLN dalam menghadirkan pasokan listrik yang andal dan berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPLN terus berinovasi menyiapkan ekosistem kelistrikan yang tangguh. Senyum pelanggan menjadi energi bagi kami untuk terus maju dan bertransformasi,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Business Unit Head PT EUP, Agus Tikno Widodo, menyampaikan apresiasi atas dukungan PLN terhadap operasional perusahaan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami berterima kasih atas pasokan listrik yang mendukung proses bisnis. Harapan kami, sinergi dengan PLN terus terjalin dengan keandalan yang semakin baik,\u201d ujar Agus.<\/p>\n<p>Senada, Manager Teknik PT EUP, Feri Tambunan, menilai koordinasi dengan PLN menjadi faktor penting dalam kelancaran usaha.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKualitas listrik sangat penting bagi kelancaran produksi.
